We prefer in-office appointments at our Brickell location for most notarizations. Below are procedures to help you prepare: what to bring, check-in, parking, ID requirements, and scheduling. What are the fees for in-office notary appointments?
Our in-office fees starts $50 (Includes $10 per notarization fee plus administrative service fee). Complimentary printing and scanning up to 10 pages), $10 per additonal stamp. Can I schedule an in-office appointment and is same-day availability offered?
Yes, we offer scheduled in-office appointments and often accommodate same-day bookings depending on availability.
What is the check-in process and parking options at the Brickell office?
Our meeting will be at Neo Vertika Building. There is paid city street parking on SW 1st Ct (first come first serve). Valet parking is available for $10 with validation. (Please inform us if you would like to use valet). You will recieve complete instructions on your email after booking an in office appointment.
What identification and documents should I bring to my in-office appointment?
Please bring the documents to be notarized, valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport), and any supporting paperwork or witnesses required by your document. Originals are required; photocopies are not accepted for identification. If you are unsure, call our office and we will advise you.
Can I sign my document before arriving?
No. Most notarizations require you to sign in the presence of the notary.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to ensure availability and minimize wait times.
What types of documents can be notarized?
We notarize affidavits, parental consent forms, powers of attorney, VIN verifications, copy certifications, school forms, business documents, and many other documents requiring notarization.
Can you provide witnesses?
